Questions

Which computers can I install it on?
Your own computers: install it on the machines you work on. Your licence key is tied to your Ortho2D account and shows your name in the app, so please don't share it.
Does it need the internet?
No for modelling, materials, lighting, animation and rendering: those all run on your machine. The AI assistant and AI Render send your request to your Ortho2D account service, so those need a connection and use Ortho2D credits, exactly like the website.
Will Windows or macOS warn me when I open it?
No. The app is code-signed by Korek Production and notarised by Apple, so it opens normally.
How do updates work?
Every 1.x update is included with your purchase. Download the newest version from this page any time and install over the old one, and your licence stays active.
Can I get a refund?
Because the download is delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable. Try the free browser version first to be sure it fits your work.
